Overgrown

Produced in the fall of 2020, OVERGROWN was my thesis film at the University of Alabama. I wrote, directed, and edited this short, as well as managing marketing and social media. It is based on my short story "Overgrown (When Rose Flew Away)" and inspired my experiences growing up with autism.

SYNOPSIS: In this dreamy take on the classic Rapunzel tale, an anxious young girl trapped in a garden is bothered by a nosy old neighbor.
